St. Charles Presbyterian Service December 27, 2020 -  Nine Lessons & Carols

As this year of uncertainty draws to a close, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) celebrates the birth of the Christ Child by drawing on lessons and carols developed during the 1918 global flu pandemic. Join church leaders from across the denomination as we worship together. This service was adapted from the nine lessons and carols that originates from a 1918 Christmas Eve service at King’s College Chapel, University of Cambridge, England.

Our Christmas Eve Service will be live at 5:30 on Christmas Eve and available anytime after that. Friends- Even though we aren’t having in person Christmas Eve worship- what we have recorded is spectacular! The music, the beauty, the tradition, the story, and yes the special Christmas visitor! And we conclude with singing Silent Night with candle light. Either have candles ready or come up to church and pick up individual candles with drip guards.
The box of candles will be by the church sanctuary doors in the circle
