Music Ministries

Musical ministeries are supported and overseen by the Music and Worship Committee.

Music Director

 Cameron White serves as the SCPC Music Director, and oversees a number of different musical groups and events. Camerson teaches choir in the public school at Hazelwood High School. He is a gifted vocalist, pianist, and choir director. Cameron is seeking ways to expand our music program.

Church Organist

Joyce Chenowith has been serving as a church organist since she was 15 years old. After playing in Baptist churches for over 50 years, Joyce became the organist to St. Charles Presbyterian Church in 1997. She has taught piano lessons for over 55 years and now teaches organ classes to senior citizens. Joyce and her husband, Stan, are the proud parents of four children, one of which is our music director, Cathy Smith. They also are proud of their 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Joyce is an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, enjoys swing dancing, and traveling particularly to Branson, Missouri.
